I first met Jill on a gorgeous Sunday morning in early June at a pool party. She’d staffed a cocktail team and was overseeing cabana service; I was bartending. Her clients have ranged from huge corporations, to production companies and music promoters like AEG and Global Dance, to professional athletes, to club and venue owners. I’ve seen her organize teams of every size that include cocktail servers, wait staff, chefs, bartenders, barbacks, and security. I’ve worked for her when she’s been contracted to manage only one portion of an event, and those in which she handled every detail down to the menu, the venue, and the talent.
Jill’s greatest assets are her eye for talent and aptitude for team-building. She has a knack for putting together a crew that congeals well, and operates smoothly. Teams curated by Jill are characterized by high morale, and their positivity is reflected in the quality of their work and in the satisfaction of her associates.
Jill honestly cares about her team and her clients. She’s been an invaluable mentor and an incredible friend over the years, and I would surely not be where I am today without having been privileged by the benefit of her support and encouragement.
